Catering & Food

Our Housekeeper & Cook's plan the meals to provide a good varied diet suited to the appetites and tastes of our residents. Special dietary needs e.g. for diabetics and vegetarians are catered for and we keep careful notes of each resident's particular likes and dislikes.

BREAKFAST is served, from 8am to all residents in their rooms, so there is no rush to get up in the morning.

MORNING COFFEE may be served in residents' own rooms or in the Drawing Room.

LUNCH is served in the Dining Room at around 12.30pm but special arrangements are made for individual requirements including residents' guests and may be served in residents' own rooms.

AFTERNOON TEA is served in the Drawing Room to residents and their visitors but many prefer to have it brought to their own rooms.

SUPPER is served either in the Dining Room or in Residents' rooms from about 6pm.

Residents are free to make their own drinks or snacks in the kitchen or these can be brought to their rooms.
