Introduction

This site has two modes which you can switch between using the links below:

Set Accessibility Mode
Cancel Accessibility Mode

Accessibility mode make less use of advanced browser facilities. If your site does not support JavaScript or if you are using Internet Explorer on the Apple Mac the site will automatically change to Accessibility mode.

Access Keys

Most web browsers (although not all) support linking to specific pages by typing named access keys.

Windows users normally: press Alt + an access key or Alt + Shift + an access key.
Macintosh users normally : press Control + an access key.

With Internet Explorer after selecting an access key press Enter to trigger the new page.

All pages on this site use the following access keys:

0 - Accessibility page
1 - Home page
3 - Site Map page

Text Size

This site does not use relative text sizing. This means that in some browsers the font cannot be resized using the browser's text resizing facility. If this causes you a problem download an alternative browser that does not have this constraint, for example Firefox, which is available for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux i686. To change the text size with Firefox use the View/Text Size menu option or  hold down the Ctrl key and use the mouse's wheel.

Design Standards

This site has been developed to be easily accessible. Where it uses technology that might not be supported by all browsers or page readers, it is designed to continue to be operable without this technology. Page layout and navigation are simple and straight forward. The site's navigation and use has been tested using the Lynx text based browser.
